KONTRAS.CO.ID – Setelah melalui evaluasi oleh Kementerian Pendayagunaan Aparatur Negara dan Reformasi Birokrasi (MenPAN-RB) Republik Indonesia, Kota Kotamobagu berhasil mengantongi nilai 67,72 dalam hal implementasi reformasi birokrasi pada tata kelola pemerintahan.
Menurut Kepala Bagian Organsiasi Setda Kotamobagu Ahmad Affandi Abasi, nilai yang diperoleh Kota Kotamobagu tersebut, merupakan nilai tertinggi kabupaten/kota se Sulawesi Utara.
“Pada penilaian RB tahun 2023 oleh Kementrian PANRB, Kota Kotamobagu mendapatkan nilai 67.72 dengan predikat B. Nilai ini tertinggi dibandingkan dengan kabupaten dan kota di Sulawesi Utara,” kata Andi dikutip dari Bolmongraya.co.
Andi menyebutkan, ada dua indikator dalam penilaian RB, yakni RB General dan RB Tematik.
“Indikator RB General fokus pada perbaikan sistem dan tata kelola internal instansi pemerintah, sedangkan RB Tematik lebih kepada menargetkan percepatan penyelesaian isu nasional. Seperti pengentasan kemiskinan, peningkatan investasi, pengendalian inflasi, penanganan stunting dan penggunaan produk dalam negeri,” terangnya.
“Tujuan evaluasi RB oleh KemenPAN-RB ini adalah untuk menilai kemajuan pelaksanaan Reformasi Birokrasi dalam rangka mencapai sasaran tercapainya tata kelola pemerintahan digital yang efektif, lincah dan kolaboratif serta terciptanya budaya birokrasi berAKHLAK dengan ASN yang profesional,” sambungnya lagi.
