KONTRAS.CO.ID – Bupati Dr (c) Sam Sachrul Mamonto S.Sos M.Si menyerahkan Surat Keputusan (SK) Pengangkatan Pegawai negeri Sipil (PNS) dilingkungan Pemerintah Kabupaten Bolaang Mongondow Timur (Boltim), di Aula lantai III Kantor Bupati, Rabu (28/2/2024).
Selain itu, Pemerintah Kabupaten (Pemkab) Boltim juga melakukan pengambilan sumpah janji kepada 151 PNS Angkatan 2021.
Dalam sambutannya Bupati Sam Sachrul mengucapkan selamat kepada 151 PNS Boltim yang telah menerima SK 100 persen.
“Kalian patut berbangga dan bahagia bahwa pada hari ini status ASN sudah 100%, artinya, status sudah sama dengan yang bapak-bapak yang duduk di atas maupun samping kalian tapi hanya pangkat dan jabatan saja yang berbeda,” ucap Bupati.
Dikesempatan itu pula Bupati SSM menegaskan pentingnya memegang teguh Trimatra Pengabdian sebagai Aparatur Sipil Negara (ASN).
“Seorang Abdi Negara seorang ASN harus menjunjung tinggi Trimatra Pengabdian artinya loyalitas profesionalitas dan disiplin. Kalau menurut saya harus Loyalitas, Disiplin kemudian Profesional, Kenapa ini harus dilakukan karena ketika tidak loyal kepada atasan maka tidak akan berjalan normal pelayanan kepada masyarakat. karena merasa hebat merasa lebih menguasai tidak mau diperintah dan malas masuk kantor nah ini adalah penyakit yang harus di hilangkan,” tegasnya.
Lanjutnya, Bupati SSM juga meminta kepada para ASN yang baru saja menerima SK 100 persen untuk bekerja secara profesional dan terus mengembangkan kemampuan diri.
“Saya harus menegaskan bahwa saya tidak suka dengan ASN yang sering melapor kesalahan sesama ASN. Tapi, focuslah mengembangkan kemampuan diri kalian sebagai ASN Boltim, dan tetap menjaga kebersihan hati dan pikiran serta punya jiwa besar rasa memiliki daerah ini, selain kalian ASN Boltim juga sudah menjadi bagian dari penduduk Boltim,” tutupnya.
